Breath-linked movement that builds heat and gets you out of your head. Each class is different. Some days are strong, some are slow. All of them are yours.

Yin Yoga

75 min · All Levels

Long-held, floor-based poses that target deep connective tissue. This is the practice for people who need to slow down but haven't figured out how yet. Props are your friend here.

Restorative

60 min · All Levels

Fully supported, prop-heavy rest. You will do almost nothing, and it will be the hardest thing you've done all week. Your nervous system will thank you.

What to Expect

Show Up Early

Arrive 5-10 minutes before class. I'll help you get set up with props and a spot.

Bring Your Mat

BYOYM (Bring Your Own Yoga Mat). Wear something you can move in. Water is always a good idea.

No Experience Needed

Every class is open to beginners. I'll offer modifications for everything.
